Return Process

- ApprovalOnce your return request is approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to send your items back.
- Shipping CostReturn shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- RefundRefunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Exchange Process
- Initiate an ExchangeContact our customer service to arrange for an exchange.Specify the item and size/color you wish to exchange for.
- Stock AvailabilityExchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund.
- Shipping CostWe cover the shipping cost for the first exchange. Additional exchanges may incur a shipping fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide photos of the defect and your order number for a prompt resolution.
